Accounts Assistant (Based in Section 33, Shah Alam)
Responsibilities,
1. Reporting to Finance Executive.
2. To assist in handle Accounts Payables & Receivebles, Payment & Collection & Statement reconciliation & etc.
3. To assist the Finance executive in Monthly Closing activities – Balance Sheet reconciliations, Sales & COS analysis, Project costings & accruals, Fixed Assets, etc.
4. To assist the Finance Executive in all aspects of daily accounting functions and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing of documents / reports.
5. To assist the Finance Executive in Cashflow and Bank Reconciliations, Payroll preparation & EPF & Socso contributions.
6. To perform sales administration tasks such as sales order processing, issue purchase orders to factory, monitor incoming shipments and arranging outgoing deliveries to customers.
7. To perform other general administration tasks.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
4. Candidates should be at least 22 years of age.
5. Preferably possess own transport as there are no public transport in the vicinity.
